Ember Atomic is a shared credit facility that provides instant redemptions for select tokenized assets and strategies on Ember. Rather than waiting for the underlying asset to settle, investors receive the majority of their redemption immediately, with a settlement reserve that is released once the underlying redemption completes. Reserve levels are determined based on the underlying asset’s redemption window and historical performance during stressed market conditions. The facility generates revenue through three primary sources. First, any positive NAV movement between the instant payout and the completion of the underlying redemption accrues to Ember Atomic, while any negative movement is absorbed by the settlement reserve rather than the facility itself. Second, users pay a redemption fee, which varies by asset and settlement profile. Finally, redemption fees increase as facility utilization rises, helping balance supply and demand while generating additional revenue during periods of higher usage.
