Tulipa's Multi-RWA Vault is designed to deploy capital in a diversified and disciplined manner across a curated portfolio of proven real-world asset (RWA) real estate strategies. Redemptions are targeted at T+45; however, during periods of elevated utilization, redemption timelines may extend up to T+60, while more stable market conditions may allow for shorter settlement periods. Regardless, our objective is to minimize redemption timelines as much as possible without compromising yield generation or prudent risk management. The target APY is used as a conservative basis for share pricing. As underlying yield crystallizes over time, the share price will be adjusted accordingly and may ultimately exceed the initial target APY assumptions.
