eTPLUS provides native onchain access to TPLUS, a short-duration, self-liquidating private credit strategy managed by Epoch Digital and targeting 8% net APY. The portfolio is allocated across bank payment receivables, payment processing receivables and insured trade receivables, all backed by contractual, legally enforceable cash flows with insurance, over-collateralisation or credit enhancement. Weighted average duration is under 45 days, with no leverage at the asset level and no reliance on crypto yield or token incentives. Deposits are allocated into zTPLUS, Zodiac's permissionless wrapper of the TPLUS fund, a CIMA-regulated Cayman SPC with independent administration by Ascent, audit by Forvis Mazars, custody with Anchorage Digital, and onchain proof of reserves and daily NAV feeds via Chainlink. Investors receive eTPLUS, a blockchain-native representation of their proportional ownership in the vault.
